Tomtom Go 920 Traffic: Appearance
part of our review of the Tomtom Go 920 Traffic on Wednesday 11th June 2008
The TomTom Go 920 features a 4.3 inch widescreen display, allowing the system to display menu icons in two rows of three. The mapping screen features more space for permanent information such as time to destination and the clock.
The system itself is stylish and compact, yet it is noticeably weighty. This isn't a major issue as it will spend most of it's time on the windscreen mount, attached to the windscreen.

The TomTom Go 920 Traffic only has one button on the top (the power button) which helps it achieve a minimalistic feel. The bottom has room for the mounting dock / USB cable / charger as well as some additional ports for the traffic receiver and for plugging in your iPod.
It would have been better, in our opinion, if the traffic receiver could have been built into the system itself, thus maintaining the minimalistic appearance offered by the Go 920.
