Binatone have told us that it is now possible to update the maps!

"Anyone with a Binatone satellite navigation system featuring UK and Ireland maps can now easily update to Western European coverage by contacting the Binatone helpline on 0845 345 9677. The extended maps will be provided on a 2Gb SD card at a cost of £39.99."

"In good time for the holiday season, the European coverage includes: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Isle of Man, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom – and therefore will also act as an update for some UK and Ireland maps."
