Tomtom Go 520 Traffic: Windscreen Mount
part of our review of the Tomtom Go 520 Traffic on Monday 19th May 2008
The screen mount is certainly a sturdy piece of kit though it fell off the windscreen twice in the space of a 30 mile journey. Regardless of who's fault it was (perhaps it was ours?), a release clamp on it may help to ensure it stays firmly on the windscreen.
On the flip side of this, it took five minutes on one occasion to take it off. Perhaps we aren't sticking it on firmly enough and then when we do, perhaps we affix it too well!
Nevertheless, a tidy piece of kit that we cannot fault too much!
